Mrs. H. Stephens-

Hello I’m Hazel Stephens! This is my second year teaching at Brookneal Elementary and I absolutely love it here. I graduated from Liberty University with a bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education. I’m from Northern Virginia but much prefer this area! I love first grade and am so thankful to have your students in my class. It’s going to be a great year!  

Mrs. T. Updike

I'm Tally Updike, this will be my 5th year teaching, and I've been a part of Brookneal Elementary family for 5 years. I live in Nathalie with my husband, three children and two dogs. I received my undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and my Masters in Elementary Education from Liberty University. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and volunteering at my church. 


Mrs. C. Fulcher -

Hi!  This is my first year teaching at Brookneal and I am so excited to be here!  I grew up in Nelson County and graduated from Liberty University with my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Middle School Math.  During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, being outdoors, and baking.  I am looking forward to a wonderful year here at BES!
